A floor covering with improved slip resistance is disclosed, including an essentially web or sheet shaped base material of an elastomeric material wit h an anti-slip surface including granular particles. In order to guarantee a simple manufacture and further processing of the floor covering, the granular particles consist in accordance with the invention of a polymeric material which has a hardness significantly higher than that of the elastomeric material. |
