KEYPAD ASSEMBLER AND ASSEMBLY METHOD USING THE SAME

A keypad assembler and an assembly method using the same are provided to improve an assembly speed by automatically aligning buttons in the same pattern as a terminal keypad. A keypad assembler includes a button supply unit(100), an aligning unit(200), and an attaching unit(300). The button supply unit receives buttons which are coupled with an injection frame. The button supply unit separates buffers from the injection frame and provides the separated buttons. The aligning unit aligns the buttons in the same pattern as a terminal keypad. The attaching unit attaches a rubber pad to the aligned buttons. The buttons are provided while rear surfaces face upward. The rubber pad is attached to the rear surface of the button.
