A keypad assembly and a portable terminal having the assembly are provided to deliver light of a light source to a key button without losing the light of the light source, so as to concentratively illuminating the key button itself, thereby increasing light efficiency. The first space unit(350) is formed to cover a light source(332) disposed on a PCB(Printed Circuit Board)(330) mounted with a switch(331), and collects light emitted from the light source(332). A light delivery member(340) delivers the emitted light by making one section thereof connect with the first space unit(350). The second space unit(360) is connected to the other section of the member(340) so that the emitted light passes through a pattern unit(311) through the member(340), and radiates the light delivered through the member(340). |
