A cover structure for bookbinding and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to use an expansion wing portion as a protection material or a book marker in the binding product. A cover structure for bookbinding includes an outer cover material, a left cover portion reinforcing material(231), a right cover portion reinforcing material(233) and a center folding cover portion reinforcing material(232). The outer cover material includes a left cover portion, a right cover portion, a center folding cover portion and an expansion wing portion(245). The edge of the outer cover material is adhered to enclose the left, upper and lower ends of the left cover portion reinforcing material, upper and lower ends of center folding portion reinforcing material and upper and lower ends of the right cover portion reinforcing material. |
