<p>An apparatus for removing slag generated from an electric furnace is provided to maintain safety of workers by removing slag from an electric furnace using an automatic slag removing robot equipment on which a holding unit is mounted without manually removing slag from the electric furnace. In an electric furnace slag removing apparatus for removing slag by collecting slag from an electric furnace and discharging the collected slag to the outside, an apparatus for removing slag generated from the electric furnace comprises: an electric furnace(1) for melting metal; a holding unit(10) including a pair of fingers(12) for performing a holding operation and a drive part(14) connected to the fingers to drive the holding operation of the fingers, wherein the holding unit is injected into the electric furnace to collect slag, and the fingers apply a reciprocal repeated impact to the collected slag to separate slag adhered onto the electric furnace; a rotation unit(20) which is connected to the holding unit and has a hydraulic motor to rotate the holding unit; and a moving unit(100) connected to the rotation unit to move the holding unit to the inside and outside of the electric furnace, wherein in a state that the holding unit is injected into molten metal within the electric furnace, the holding unit is rotated and moved by the rotation unit and the moving unit to collect slag.</p> |
