An organic light emitting display device and a method for fabricating the same are provided to omit a process for forming a spacer pattern and prevent a material cost from being raised according to the formation of a spacer film. An organic light emitting display device includes a substrate(200), a first electrode, a pixel defined film(281), a plurality of ball shaped spacers(290a), an organic film layer(291), and a second electrode(292). The first electrode is placed on the substrate. The pixel defined film is placed on the first electrode and has an opening unit and a non-opening unit. The plurality of ball-shaped spacers are placed on the non-opening portion in the pixel defined film. The organic film layer is placed on a top portion of the first electrode and has a light emitting layer. The second electrode is placed on a top portion of the organic film layer.
