<p>PURPOSE: Provided is a decision method for boiling at an electric furnace which exactly decides a starting point of boiling to prevent boiling situation from being generated so that it inhibits contamination caused from fire or gas leakage. CONSTITUTION: The decision method for boiling at the electric furnace comprises the steps of: (i) collecting data about CO component among exhaust gases and the length of Arc within the electric furnace; (ii) converting data about CO component into a value within the range set in other dimension; (iii) converting data about the length of Arc into a value within the range set in other dimension to compare with the converted CO component; (iv) calculating difference between two converted data; and (v) comparing the calculated value with the preset standard value.</p> |
