A replaceable apparatus for removing acne is provided to reuse an acne removing part hygienically by detachably manufacturing a cover of the acne removing part contaminated with a local of a patient at the time of removing the acne. A replaceable apparatus for removing acne(100) includes a knob part(20), a frame body, and an acne removing part. The frame body has a frame extension part divided and extended from an end of the knob part. The acne removing part forms a space for receiving the frame extension part of the frame body and has external walls(42a-42d) with removing grooves(46a-46d) for removing the acne. Channels(44b,44c) where the frame extension part is inserted are formed along the frame extension part between the external walls. The width of the channels is a little smaller than that of the frame extension part.
