An organic light emitting display device is provided to reduce the thickness of the device entirely since a sealing member is not etched or a region corresponding to a frit layer is etched. An organic light emitting display device includes a substrate(110), a display region(120), a passivation film(130), a sealing member(150), and a frit layer(140). The display region is formed on the substrate and includes a pixel region(121), a pixel define layer(122), and a spacer(123). The pixel region has an organic light emitting layer. The pixel define layer has a predetermined thickness so as to limit the pixel region. The spacer is formed on the pixel define layer to have a predetermined thickness. The passivation film covers the display region. The sealing member is formed on the substrate to contact with the passivation film on the spacer. The frit layer surrounds the circumference of the display region to seal the display region and the sealing member. |
