A switching element for reducing leakage current, an Organic light-emitting diode comprising the same, and a pixel circuit thereof are provided to control the leakage current by using only a control signal. A first transistor includes a first electrode for receiving a first voltage, a second electrode connected to a first node(N1), and a gate(G1) connected to a second node(N2). A second transistor includes a first electrode connected to the first node, a second electrode for receiving a second voltage, and a gate(G2) connected to the second node. A capacitor(C) includes a first terminal connected to the first node and a second terminal connected to the second node. The first and second transistors are formed with PMOS transistors. The first and second transistors are formed with polycrystalline silicon TFTs(Thin Film Transistors).
