An organic light emitting device, a method for preparing the same, and a method for preparing an organic layer are provided to improve a life span characteristics remarkably. An organic light emitting device includes a substrate(11), a first electrode(12), a second electrode(28), a hole injection layer(16), a hole transport layer(18), and an organic layer between the first electrode and the second electrode. The organic layer includes a light emitting layer and an electron transport layer. The light emitting layers have red light emitting layer(22R), a green light emitting layer(22G), and a blue light emitting layer(22B). The electron transport layer includes a first electron transport layer(24) and a second electron transport layer(25). The first electron transport layer has a first layer(24R), a second layer(24G), and a third layer(24B). The second electron transport layer is formed on an upper part of the first electron transport layer as a common layer to a red, a green, and blue sub-pixels. |
