FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves applying drug and magnetic field therapy. Polyoxidonium is additionally intramuscularly introduced at a dose of 6 mg/day at the first, third, fifth, seventh and ninth treatment day. Magnetic therapy is carried out in contact mode applied to front region for 10-12 min at the second, fourth, sixth, eighth and tenth treatment day and further in daily mode. The total treatment course is 10-12 procedures long. Permanent magnetic field of 30±10 mTesla units and low frequency alternating sinusoid magnetic field of 50 Hz of 30±10 mTesla units are concurrently applied. When detecting frequent respiratory inflammatory diseases and chronic infectious lesions in nasopharyngeal ring region in anamnesis, Polyoxidonium is sublingually introduced at a daily dose of 12 mg twice a day during 7-9 days, and magnetic therapy is applied every day with the total treatment course being 12 procedure long. ^ EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; reduced risk of adverse side effects. ^ 3 tbl |
