FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to surgery and can be applied for access to axillary lymphatic collector. Skin cut is made. Abdominal part of greater pectoral muscle is separated from place of attachment to humeral bone and split along muscle fibres. Mobilised muscle flap is moved away in caudal direction. Traction of remaining pectoral-costal and clavicular parts of greater pectoral muscle medially and upwards is performed. Smaller pectoral muscle is separated from places of its attachment. ^ EFFECT: ensuring parameters of operation wound, which allow to perform adequate axillary lymphadenectomy. ^ 3 ex, 4 dwg
