A method for cultivating the sprouted mulberry is provided to obtain the soft leaves of the sprouted mulberry not from the grown tree but from a seed by controlling the cultivation condition. A method for cultivating the sprouted mulberry comprises the steps of spreading manure on a mulberry seedling plate; seeding a mulberry seed on the mulberry seedling plate; and raising the sprout of mulberry by maintaining the humidity and temperature of 5-25 deg.C, wherein the mulberry seedling plate comprises 70 % of clay sand and 30 % of filed soil, and the manure comprises the organic materials such as a composite, and sesame dregs.
