An inlet valve (6) allows filling of the cylinder by aspiration of air via a conduit when the piston is remounted in the cylinder under the action of the valve spring. A discharge valve (8) allows the passage of the air of the cylinder toward the empty volume of a glass bottle via another conduit when the piston descends under the action of finger pressure against the action of the valve spring. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Cap for conserving carbonated beverage such as water, soda and champagne, in a glass bottle. Can also be used for conserving wine in the glass bottle. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The configuration of the compressor does not allow carbon dioxide to dissolve in the beverage that is soluble and disperses in the empty volume of the glass bottle after filling the empty volume of the opened bottle regardless of the empty volume of the bottle, thus indefinitely conserving the gaseous and sparkle character of the beverage to the beverage, and conserving constitutional volatile acidity, sparkling aspect, original gustatory qualities, liveliness and freshness of the wine to the wine, after refilling the opened bottle.
