The element (1) has a metal cage (2) that receives a filling material e.g. stone, and is delimited by an outer enclosure. The cage has a horizontal bottom (3), four lateral vertical faces (4) and an upper horizontal cover (15), where faces are constituted by panels respectively. The panels are integrated, by their common edges, to a lower wall (6) or an upper wall (7) of the bottom. The upper wall is placed on the lower wall, and directly contacts the lower wall. The lower wall is integrated to the upper wall. The upper wall is interposed between the lower wall and the material.
