<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a user interface for inputting an instruction by using the actual thing of a document regardless of a content. <P>SOLUTION: A computer 12 acquires the instruction position of a user (the position of a cursor image 30) in a real thing 24 of a document, and a document database 36 stores the layout data of the document and the content data of the document associated with the layout data.
