PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving operation assist device for a vehicle for distinctively and clearly notifying various risks due to an own vehicle to a driver. SOLUTION: This driving operation assist device for a vehicle calculates the risk potentials of a plurality of different risks to be caused by the own vehicle, and notifies the risk potential caused by the kinetic energy of the own vehicle to a driver by generating a reaction force gradually increasing according as the risk potential increases from an accelerator panel, and notifies the risk potential due to the traveling rule of the own vehicle to the driver by adding the additional reaction force discontinuously changing when the risk is generated to the accelerator pedal.
