PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable sun-shading cloth capable of being usually folded and carried in a pocket or a bag to protect the skin from adverse effect of ultraviolet rays, and usable as a sun-shading cloth through attaching at any time a handkerchief, a napkin, a scarf, and a wrapping cloth to a window. SOLUTION: This sun-shading cloth is obtained by setting absorption surfaces (2) and (2) on the upper right and left of the rear of a cloth (1) such as a handkerchief, a scarf, a napkin, and a wrapping cloth, and setting covers (3) and (3) on the absorption surfaces.
