PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately sense the positions of game balls rolling on the game board. SOLUTION: The game balls rolling in a game area 15 of the game board 14 are sensed with light beam emitted in a direction along the surface of the game board 14 using a transmission sensor which makes a sensing and those moving in the depth-wise direction of the game board 14 through a game member 140 are sensed by a light sensor of a liquid crystal display device 32 with a light sensor.
