A method for preparing a nanosilver-containing antimicrobial ink is provided to produce a functional ink which has sterilizing or antibacterial functions even without deteriorating the quality of ink and embodies a fine design on a glass plate. A method for preparing a nanosilver-containing antimicrobial ink includes the steps of: mixing 60-70% by mass of acrylic oils with 2-3% of a dispersant; adding 20-30% of a pigment, glass beads, or pearl powder, etc, 2-3% of an antifoaming agent and a leveling agent, and 1-2% of an anti-discoloring agent to the mixed acrylic oils; and dispersing the admixture at high speed to prepare ink. To impart an antibacterial property to the ink, 0.3% of a nanosilver solution having a nanosilver size of 1-5 nm and a nanosilver concentration of 10% is added to the ink and uniformly mixed in an agitator. |
