A ventilating apparatus is provided to easily attach and detach a filter to/from a filter guide by forming the filter guide at an electric heat exchange element. A ventilating apparatus includes an electric heat exchange element(15), a filter, and a filter guide(153). The electric heat exchange element performs heat exchange of air flowing in, and includes a frame(151), an outdoor air intake(152a), and an indoor air intake(152b). The filter removes foreign substances in the air. The filter guide is formed on the frame to detachably couple the filter to the electric heat exchange element.
