<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charge management system, a charge management method and a charge management program for efficiently and accurately assigning a customer code which is used for collating and reconciling a charge by collation of charge record with money receipt record for each transaction destination. <P>SOLUTION: In transfer to a transfer exclusive account or when registration of an acquired customer code can be confirmed, a reconciling key formation processing means 212 of a control part 21 of an accurued revenue management system 20 executes assignment processing of customer code, and a master registration processing means 213 executes transfer requester name master registration processing. In this processing, when a transfer requester name recorded in a money receipt record is not matched with a transfer requester name registered in a transfer requester name master table, the master registration processing means 213 executes the transfer requester master registration processing.
