PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a static eliminator capable of efficiently discharging an object to be discharged, yet capable of alleviating an economical burden. SOLUTION: This static eliminator 13 equipped with a pair of discharge electrodes 13a, 13a to which a negative high voltage is impressed are mounted to the lower surface of a traverse frame 4 in a traverse type molded-product removing machine 1A loaded in a resin molding machine 1, and the direction of the discharge electrodes 13a, 13a is set so that negative ions (i) emitted from the discharge electrodes 13a, 13a fly toward a molded product 14 held by an opened movable die 9a. The negative ions (i) emitted from the discharge electrodes 13a, 13a are showered over the molded product 14 positively charged, and thereby, the molded product 14 electrically biased and positively charged is electrically neutralized by supplying negative charges to it by using the negative ions (i).
