PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive type brassiere with an air bag, having a coating film of stable adhesive mass on a lower case recessed surface of a cup main body, and capable of stably holding adhesiveness on a chest part, regardless of individual differences such as a bust size, and to provide a method for producing the brassiere. SOLUTION: This adhesive type brassiere comprises an upper case made of a lamellar bowl-like member having flexibility, a lower case made of a rigid bowl-like member whose bowl-like recessed part is applied with adhesive mass, and an extensible middle case set in an air bag which is produced in a gap when pressure sticking an upper case recessed surface and a lower case projecting surface each other. It is preferable to set a plurality of concentric circular and(or) radial linear projecting parts on a lower case recessed surface, and to set a coating film of an adhesive mass affinity coating material on the lower case recessed surface before coating adhesive mass. On the other hand, it is suitable to further set a lining body of a stretchable member, laminated with a wrapping member having high affinity for adhesive mass, and supported between the lower case recessed surface and a coating film layer of adhesive mass.
