PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal display device capable of improving display quality by making the distribution of common voltage Vcom constant and suppressing the increase of W of TFT and the occurrence of display irregularity. SOLUTION: The liquid crystal display device in which a gate line 1 and data lines 2 intersect to each other to define a pixel region includes: a TFT which is disposed near an intersection part between the gate line 1 and the data lines 2 in the pixel region, and comprises a gate electrode, a drain electrode 7 connected to the data lines 2 and a source electrode 6 connected with a pixel electrode; a load capacitance 8 which is disposed on the pixel region and is connected with the source electrode 6; a connection part 6a for connecting the source electrode 6 with the load capacitance 8; and a signal line extension part 40 which is arranged in parallel with the data line 2 and is extended from the load capacitance 8, wherein a distance C from the connection part 6a to the data line 2 nearest to the same coincides with a distance D from the signal line extension part 40 to the data line 2 nearest to the same.
