PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric accelerator pedal device in which a non-contact type pedal sensor is used and a movable mechanism part and an electric circuit part are separated. SOLUTION: The pedal sensor 3 is constituted by the movable mechanism part 20 and the electric circuit part 30. The electric circuit part 30 is separated from the movable mechanism part 20. The movable mechanism part 20 turns a rotation shaft 22 provided with a magnet 23 at a distal end side according to operation of the pedal 13. The electric circuit part 30 stores a base plate 32. A plurality of hole ICs 33 are provided on a surface opposed to the magnet 23 on the base plate 32. A rotation angle of the magnet 23 is detected as an electric signal by the Hall IC. Positioning in a circumferential direction and in an axial direction of the magnet 23 is performed by a compressable torsion spring 24. The torsion spring 24 is arranged between a mechanism part case 21 and a circuit part case 31 in the compression state and urges the rotation shaft 22 in an axial direction and in a circumferential direction.
