PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent infavorable appearance caused by wrinkles of a skin material formed outward around the corner edge of a sunroof opening formation part when a skin material is stuck to a ceiling base material. SOLUTION: The sunroof opening formation part 4 comprising a recess is formed in a molded ceiling base material 3 constituted by sticking a skin material 2 on the surface of a molded ceiling core material 1. When the sunroof opening is formed in the sunroof opening formation part 4, a skin pulling recess 5 is formed near the inside of an edge cut by forming the sunroof opening at a recess bottom 4a constituting the sunroof opening formation part 4 in the molded ceiling core material 1. The skin pulling recess 5 is formed like a recess at the skin material 2 sticking side of the molded ceiling core material 1.
