PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for confirming the cooperation of a whole cooperation facility determined by a control program, and for surely deciding a failure of a control program without requiring any huge labor or time. SOLUTION: This simulation device 10 is provided with a plurality of mobile equipment 5a, 5b, 5c, 5d, 7a, 7b, and 7c cooperating with each other and a controller 9 having a storage part for storing a control program to determine the operation procedure of those mobile equipment for outputting a control signal to the mobile equipment, and configured to perform the operation simulation of a cooperation facility 2. This simulation device 10 is also provided with a storage device 10a for storing a simulation program to simulate the cooperation of those mobile equipment based on a control signal and an arithmetic unit 10c for receiving the control signal, and for executing a simulation program based on the control signal.
