PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the structure of a partition wall, simplifying the construction of a partition wall and including a baseboard having a function of resisting horizontal load applied to a panel and a member supporting the lower side of the panel. SOLUTION: The partition wall 10 at least includes: a panel 30; an upper rail 20 having a substantially gantry sectional form, in which the upper end part of the panel 30 is inserted and supported; a lower rail 40 connected to the lower end part of the panel 30 to support the panel 30; and the baseboard 50 covering the lower edge parts of the lower rail 40 and the panel 30. A grooved part is formed on the lower part of the back of the baseboard, an erected part 42 inserted in the grooved part is formed on the lower rail 40, and the panel 30 and the lower rail 40 are respectively provided with clamped parts 33b, 45 formed as a planar part having a free end.
