PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a super water-repellent material which has a water repellency-treated surface showing an excellent adhesion to a support and has a high anti-fouling property and its durability, and to provide its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: The super water-repellent material has a support and an organic-inorganic composite layer containing a crosslink structure formed by hydrolysis and condensation polymerization of alkoxide of an element selected from Si, Ti, Zr and Al in a graft polymer layer composed of a graft polymer chain directly bonded to the support surface, and has a water repellency-treated uneven surface.
