PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a player management system capable of accurately comprehending the number of players who come to a game hall and play, the number of players for every game machine, and the like. SOLUTION: The system for managing the players from opening to closing, the game machines and game time in the game hall provided with many game machines comprises: a means for obtaining face data for recognizing the face of the player playing at the game machine by an imaging means installed to each game machine; and a means for preparing a customer database for registering the face data. After opening, the face data imaged at every prescribed interval of time are compared with the face data inside the customer database, the processing of newly providing a customer registration column as a new player, newly registering the face data and writing the imaging time and a game machine number in the registration column is performed when they do not match with the registered face data, the processing of writing the imaging time and the game machine number to the registration column is performed when being matched with the registered face data, and they are repeated thereafter until the closing time.
