A cartridge assembly for inkjet printing is provided to minimize generation of noise caused between a head and a controller by mounting the controller and a head within the same casing to keep the distance therebetween shortest, thereby enabling pixel patterning of fine pitch. A cartridge assembly for inkjet printing comprises a casing(1), a head(4), a driving unit(3), a controller(2), and an ink reservoir(5). The head, mounted on a lower side of the casing, is rotatable and provided with a plurality of nozzles that are spaced away from each other. The driving unit, mounted on a lower side of the casing, is in connection with the head to rotate it. The controller, in electrical connection with the head and the driving unit, comprises a first controller(21) in electrical connection with each nozzle to control ink jetting from the nozzles, and a second controller(22) in electrical connection with the driving unit to control the RPM of the head to adjust an angle between the direction of nozzle and printing position. The ink reservoir, in connection with the nozzle, accommodates ink therein.
