A heat emitting container for instant cooking food is provided to improve convenience of cooking food by using a heating element and water solution in a water solution storing container. A heat emitting container for instant cooking food comprises a main body(2), a heat absorption plate, a water solution storing container(5) and an opening strip for the water solution storing container(7), and a smoke discharging port(6) generated in emitting heat. The main body has a heat emitting plate placed in the heat emitting container for the instant cooking food. The heat absorption plate maximally absorbs the heat-emitting temperature in emitting heat. Consequently, the taste of food to be desired by a user is maintained regardless of variations of place, time, weather, and temperature.
