A print head assembly is provided to improve resolution of the print head device by including two pressure chambers and two nozzles on one body, and to increase machining accuracy by manufacturing each part of the print head assembly through a photo lithography process. A print head assembly comprises a body, a first ink reservoir(210a), a second ink reservoir(210b), a first pressure chamber(250a), a second pressure chamber, a first restrictor, a second restrictor, a first nozzle(290a), and a second nozzle(290b). The first pressure chamber, provided on a first side of the body, forms a first moving path of fluid. The second pressure chamber, provided on a second side of the body, forms a second moving path of fluid. The first nozzle sprays the fluid moved through the first pressure chamber. The second nozzle sprays the fluid moved through the second pressure chamber. The first side and second side of the body are opposed to each other. The first and second restrictors prevent the ink from flow back to the first and second ink reservoirs.
