<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an amorphous soft magnetic material which can prevent breakage during sintering an insulating coating formed on the surface of a metallic glass powder, has high density and high specific resistance, and can remarkably reduce a core loss (iron loss). <P>SOLUTION: The soft magnetic material powder is formed so that an insulating layer is formed on the surface of the metallic glass powder 1 in which at least one kind of metal selected from among Fe, Ni and Co is a main component and a temperature interval ΔTx of an over-cooling liquid region expressed by ΔTx=Tx-Tg (where Tx is a crystallization start temperature and Tg is a glass transition temperature) is 20 K or more. In pressurizing and sintering the material powder 1, an initial pressurizing force in start of heating is set at low of not more than 50% of an original molding pressure; and pressurization is executed at a regular molding pressure at a time point when the temperature of a sintering mold reaches a temperature lower than a predetermined sintering temperature by 50 K, or at a time point when the inside of a vacuum chamber reaches a predetermined vacuum degree after starting the heating in the vacuum chamber. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
