An interlayer noise prevention structure is provided to absorb direct and indirect vibration and impact noise by forming a lattice type vibration-proof material and a sound passage. An interlayer noise prevention structure comprises a sound absorbing flooring material(110) adhered/fixed on a slab and made of rubber or sponge, a lattice type vibration-proof material(120) installed on the sound absorbing material to form a sound passage(121) in zigzags, a moisture-proof material(130) attached with non-woven fabrics(134) at upper and lower surfaces and provided with a honeycomb sheet(132) including Vermiculite inward, and a rubber sheet(140), sponge(150), aluminum foil(160), a honeycomb sheet(170) filled with cement mortar(180), a hot water heating pipe(190) and a flooring material(200) piled up on the moisture-proof material to have sound insulating and sound absorbing functions, wherein ventilations passages are formed on two side walls to make the sound wave of vibration and impact noise formed along the sound passage of the lattice type vibration-proof member run out to the indoors, and a noise removal unit is installed to let the amplified sound wave run out to the outside through ventilation holes connected with the ventilation passages and a back hole connected to the outside.
