PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel shut off valve 10 preventing fuel splash from flowing to an outside and introducing atmospheric air into a tank when negative in tank pressure. SOLUTION: The fuel shut off valve 10 is provided with a casing 20, a float 51, a pressure regulating valve 80, and a seal part forming body 84. The seal part forming body 84 is provided with a connection passage 84c, and is provided with a first seal part 84d facing the connection passage 84c which a seat part 55a of the float 51 adheres on and separates from, and a second seal part 84e which a valve member 86 of the pressure regulating valve 80 adheres on and separates from. The ventilation passage 86c establishing communication between an inside of a fuel tank FT and an outside communication path 42a is formed on the valve member 86, and the ventilation passage 86c comprises an axial passage 86c-1 and a side wall passage 86c-2 connecting to the axial passage 86c-1 and extending in a horizontal direction.
