PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washing solvent which can wash articles with sufficient washing forces as a substitute for washing solvents containing chlorinated washing solvents as main components, is mild for environments and human bodies, has remarkably reduced ignitability, and can easily be handled, especially to provide a washing solvent which can sufficiently dissolve and wash urethanes adhered to the insides of nozzles or the like.
