PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress warpage deformation of a flange part of an upper case without decreasing material yield and to make easy fastening operation. SOLUTION: The pump 10 has a built-in impeller 150 rotatably driven by a motor and formed as a closed type by bonding the upper case 25 and a lower case 15. The upper case 25 consists of a cylinder body 253 of which lower face is open and a flange part 254 protruding outward from a lower end part of the cylinder body 253. A plurality of ribs 259 in an approximate rectangular triangle shape are provided from an upper end part of the cylinder body 253 of the upper case 25 to an outer circumference part of the flange part 254.
