PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide means for bringing about an environment where a living area self-propelled vehicle and pedestrians can safely move.SOLUTION: When a drive power transmission unit 124 of a railway car 12, with a living area self-propelled vehicle 15 being loaded at a prescribed position on a main body 121, receives a driving power from wheels 152B(L) and 152B(R) that are driving wheels of the living area self-propelled vehicle 15, the drive power transmission unit 124 transmits the driving power to wheels 122B(L) and 122B(R) that are driving wheels of the railway car 12. The railway car 12, being driven by a driving power transmitted from the living area self-propelled vehicle 15, runs on rails 11. When a user operates the steering wheel of the living area self-propelled vehicle 15, a steering command is transmitted form the living area self-propelled vehicle 15 to the railway car 12, and the railway car 12 selects a route at a branch point by lowering any one of the front right and the front left steering wheel 125 provided with outside flanges onto the rail 11. |
