PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve sealing performance at an attaching portion of a valve attached to a hole formed at a wheel. SOLUTION: In the valve attached to the hole 6b formed at the wheel 6 to which a tire 4 is mounted, a pressure keeping portion 10 can keep the pressure of an inside area 8 surrounded by the tire 4 and the wheel 6 higher than the outside portion, and lead in gas from the outside into the inside area 8. A suction portion 12 is formed outside the pressure keeping portion 10, and sucked to the inner surface 6c of the wheel 6 opposite to the inside area 8 to seal a clearance between the hole 6b and the inside area 8. Therefore, the suction portion 12 is pressed to the inner surface 6c of the wheel by a pressure difference, and can seal the clearance between the hole 6b and the inside area 8.
