The method involves forming a fusible, solid material at one or both lengthwise-lateral ends of a diaphragm where a premembrane is manufactured. The manufactured premembrane is inserted into a passage of the solid construction unit from a fusible material, so that the face of the premembrane locks concisely with the solid construction unit. The premembrane is fused with the solid construction unit. The exterior of the porous diaphragm is injection molded. The diaphragm is tubular. The diaphragm has a pore volume of 20per cent of the wall volume. An independent claim is included for a resulting membrane filter. |
