A plasma display device and a driving device thereof are provided to reduce the number of transistors by replacing transistors with diodes in a driving circuit. Plural Y-electrodes are connected to a source of a transistor(Ys), a drain of a transistor(Yg), a first stage of an inductor(L) and a drain of a transistor(Ynf). A drain of the transistor(Ys) is connected to a source of a transistor(Yset), and a drain of a transistor(Yset) is connected to a power source(Vset). A first stage of a capacitor(Cs3) is connected to the power source, and the capacitor is charged with a voltage Vset-Vs. A second stage of the capacitor is connected to an anode of a diode(D1), and a cathode of the diode is connected to a contact of the transistors(Yset,Ys). A source of the transistor(Yg) is connected to an anode of a diode(D2) and a drain of a transistor(YscL), and a cathode of the diode is connected to a ground stage(O). A source of the transistor(YscL) is connected to a power source(VscL). A source of the transistor(Ynf) is connected to the power source. Capacitors(Cs1,Cs2) are connected between the ground stage and the second stage of the capacitor(Cs3) in series.
