The machine has rotor vane rows designed for high working coefficient, and averaged in a middle section of the vanes. The rotor vane rows are viewed over a blade height, and comprise a twist-free relative downstream. A rotor (18) comprises an orientation in a meridian direction at a region of a rear edge, where the meridian direction is same as a meridian flow direction. The rotor comprises a middle and/or averaged emergence metallic angle of the rotor vanes between 5 and 20 degrees, and is arranged in the rows in a flow direction below a fan. |
