PLASMA DISPLAY PANEL

A plasma display panel is provided to enhance discharge efficiency and light emitting efficiency by causing long gap discharge between a plurality of first discharge electrodes and a plurality of second discharge electrodes. A first substrate(210) and a second substrate(220) are disposed opposite to each other. A plurality of barrier ribs(280) are disposed between the first substrate and the second substrate in order to define a plurality of discharge cells. A plurality of first discharge electrodes(230) and a plurality of second discharge electrodes(240) are disposed at upper parts of the barrier ribs. A secondary electron emission layer(261) is formed to cover the first and second discharge electrodes. An optical reflection layer(262) is formed on the same layer as the secondary electron emission layer in order to cover the remaining part except for the secondary electron emission layer. A phosphor layer(285) is disposed within a discharge cell region. The discharge cell region is filled with discharge gas.
