<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network monitoring method and system where specifying of the lines and relay devices that are abnormal can be made rapidly, with respect to a network monitoring method and its system. <P>SOLUTION: The network monitoring system is provided which transmits and receives information, via a plurality of the relay devices 3 from a transmitter 1 to a receiver 2. In the network monitoring system, a monitoring system 20 is provided which monitors the troubles of a transmission channel and relay device 3. Transmission information imparted to the information from the transmitter 1 is reflexed in the receiver 2, and then the relay device 3 compares the transmission information, transmitted from the transmitter 1 and the transmission information reflexed from the receiver 2, with each other. By notifying the comparison result to the monitoring system 20, the abnormalities of the transmission channel are detected at an early stage and can specify the abnormal site. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
