PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a one-way clutch capable of reducing manufacturing cost, and capable of preventing deterioration in the accuracy of an outer cage in a manufacturing process of the outer cage. SOLUTION: This one-way clutch has an inner race 1, an outer race 2, sprags 3 arranged in a plurality of pieces between the inner-outer races 1 and 2, the outer cage 5 and an inner cage 6 holding the sprags 3 at a predetermined interval in the peripheral direction, and also has a first fastening member 16 and a second fastening member 17 installed at an inner peripheral part of the outer race 2.
