<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device of active matrix type capable of reducing blur-type display irregularity by reducing parasitic capacity present in an information line and distortion of current wave form due to resistance. <P>SOLUTION: The display device of active matrix type is provided with: a plurality of pixel circuits two-dimensionally arranged; a plurality of information lines that supply data current signals to a plurality of pixel circuits; and a light emission element to which electric currents based on the data current signals are injected through respective pixel circuits. Further, the display device of active matrix type comprises: at least one voltage/current conversion circuit 24 which is disposed every information lines connected to the pixel circuits and supplies the data current signals; and circuits 21, 22, 23 which produce writing information V<SB>n</SB>to the voltage/current conversion circuit based on writing information V<SB>n-1</SB>which is inputted just before to the voltage/current conversion circuit and the inputted picture information D<SB>n</SB>, wherein the voltage/current conversion circuit produces the data current signal based on the writing information V<SB>n</SB>. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
