Disclosed is a preparation comprising coenzyme A enclosed in a lipid membrane structure. The preparation enables to administer coenzyme A (which is easy to be degraded and unstable in the intestine) to a living body through a convenient oral route. Also disclosed is a fatigue-ameliorating agent comprising coenzyme A as an active ingredient. The fatigue-ameliorating agent is effective for the amelioration or prevention of physical fatigue, is safe, and can be ingested continuously for a long period.
